On the last page (p.94, verso the epilogue) of the English version of The Little Prince, only when the book is from first edition-first printing to first edition-sixth printing, there is so called "five lines colophon".

This COLOPHON is not necessary. All French versions and the later printing of the English versions have no colophon. This fact clearly shows that this colophon is not necessary one. It seemes likely that the publisher wanted to avoid a vacant page.
The first edition-first printings (both English and French) have no printing number so that there is no knowing to distinguish the first printing and the later no-printing-numer versions by the copyright page. Among which, only the first printing of the English version has the colophon ; that is, the first printing has the 5-lines colophon and there is not the 5-lines colophon on the no-printing-numer edition(s). [As for the distinguish point for the French versions, see the " crow/condor"]
No English language version has the Flying crow.
