There are some inscriptions about the non-underlined sentenses.

The underlines are drown with free-hand. All of the inscriptions are in English. There is no editional inscription but only the translation into English, so that the inscripter will be not the publisher but only a reader. At least this copy is neither a proof nor an editional instruction.
The date when the underlines and the inscriptions are writed is/are unknown. I think this copy was sold to a common reader/readers.
