There exists a book which was published by Beauchemin, Montreal/Reynal & Hitchcock, New York. The book is entirely the same as the 1st printing of Reynal & Hitchcock, Inc. except the title page.

The only difference is the title page. Two publisher's names are listed. [Elise Pearlman (Firsts 13(8); 22 - 29, 2003) suggested the run number as 500.]
